CARSOME provides a secure avenue for both employees and the general public to report improper conduct. All disclosures are investigated thoroughly, and whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
What Can Be Beported?
Parties can report a whistleblowing complaint on any wrongdoings that they may observe, and experience, including, but not limited to the following:
- Fraud
- Theft or embezzlement
- Abuse of power
- Non-compliance with Policies and Procedures
- Undisclosed conflict of interest
- Bribery and corruption
- Misappropriation of Company's assets
The above list is not exhaustive and includes any act or omissions, which if proven, will constitute an act of misconduct under CARSOME’s Code of Conduct or any criminal offence under relevant legislation in force.
How Does CARSOME Handle Whistleblowing Reports?
CARSOME is committed to ensuring that all disclosed information, including the identity of the whistleblower, is treated with strict confidentiality. Investigations are conducted by the appropriate authority, and during the process, the whistleblower may be contacted for further information or supporting documents.
If allegations cannot be substantiated with reliable evidence, the company may not be able to proceed with further action. Upon completion of the investigation, findings will be shared with the whistleblower, except in cases where they are uncontactable.
Appropriate corrective or disciplinary action will be taken if misconduct is confirmed.
Whistleblower Protection
CARSOME guarantees that all whistleblowers who report in good faith are safeguarded from any form of retaliation, victimisation, or adverse consequences. Any individual found retaliating against a whistleblower may face disciplinary action.

CARSOME reserves the right to redirect any complaints that do not relate to whistleblowing concerns to the appropriate channels within CARSOME Group for further action.

Whistleblowing Form
All whistleblower information will be kept confidential by CARSOME and we will not tolerate any harassment or victimisation and will take appropriate action to protect the person when he/she raises a concern in good faith. Any party that retaliates against someone who has reported wrongdoing in good faith may be subject to appropriate action.
